As General Manager of Store Design, Rod was responsible for taking the then-new Coles branding concept and working it into tangible and cost-effective store design elements that could be quickly rolled out across the store network.

Having established and documented the necessary design standards and processes, Rod's responsibility then turned to the implementation of this extensive rebranding and refurbishment program that ultimately involved all 360 Coles Supermarkets, nationally.
